I am  not so sure this will ever change---read Garett Hardin&#039;s, &quot;Tragedy of the Commons.&quot;

This essay is a cynical, albeit a seemingly realistic view of the human condition. I would like to see us move toward an exception to this analysis but I am not sure it will happen, at least in my lifetime. I find some comfort in trying.  In fact, I find a lot of comfort in trying.</description>
